Astrological information shared for analysis (e.g., planetary placements or zodiac signs) cannot be personally identified and may be used for aggregate data purposes or marketing without compromising your privacy. For example: '17% of clients share a Leo Moon placement' — such data does not link to any individual.

By booking a consultation, you consent to the collection and use of your birth details for generating your astrological chart. These details will be stored securely in our database, ensuring your privacy is upheld throughout the process.

Astrodienst, a trusted platform, is used to generate your personalized astrological chart. This service complies with strict privacy protocols. Astrodienst's ability to use and share information collected by Astrodienst about our visits to their services to another application which partners with Astrodienst, is restricted by the Astrodienst Terms of Use and the Astrodienst Privacy Policy. Please review those if you have any concerns about how your information will be stored on this software. Rest assured, your information is safeguarded in accordance with their standards.

Consultation Purchase:

All consultations require payment prior to securing your scheduled session. A consultation is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed. Lori Hollick reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments at her discretion.

Missed Consultation Policy:

Missed consultations are defined as a client who does not arrive to the scheduled meeting within 15 minutes following the start time. To ensure fairness and availability, missed consultations will be rescheduled once with a $50 rescheduling fee. If the session is missed again, the consultation will be forfeited. Please be sure to join your session on time.

Online Meeting Link:

Consultations are conducted via Zoom, and the link to your session will be sent in your confirmation and reminder emails. Ensure that Zoom is installed prior to your meeting, and check your spam folder if you have not received your link. If you need assistance with Zoom, please contact us.

Refunds:

All sales are final. Given the personalized nature of astrology consultations and the level of work that is completed prior to the live consultation, refunds are not offered.

Common Policy Questions

Can I reschedule my consultation?

Yes, we offer flexibility. You can reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Directions for rescheduling will be included in your confirmation email. If circumstances change, we are happy to work with you to find another suitable time for your consultation.

What if I miss my consultation?

Life happens, and we understand. If you miss your consultation, we allow one reschedule (with a $50 convenience fee). If the rescheduled session is missed again, the consultation will be forfeited. Please ensure you arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled time to avoid any disruptions.

Where do we meet for the consultation?

Consultations are held via Zoom, in a private, secure virtual meeting room. Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a unique Zoom link. These sessions are sacred, confidential spaces where your personal growth and transformation are honored with the utmost care, compassion, and professionalism.

What is the refund policy?

Please note that all sales are final. Given the personalized nature of astrology consultations and the level of work that is completed prior to the live consultation, refunds are not offered.
